Attached, please find a Registration Form for the enrollment of your child in our Nursery School for the Fall of 2010.  Please download the form at the bottom of this page, and complete it and submit a check for $45.00 payable to St. Catherine’s Nursery School.  Once your application has been received and processed, we will send you additional forms to complete prior to the opening of school.
